Vision
The vision of quality enhancement cell is to develop Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences as institute of academic excellence of international standard by employing the best quality assurance measures.

Mission
The mission of quality enhancement cell is to assure and enhance the quality of education and research by integrating quality assurance standards, procedures and practices in higher learning at PIEAS.

Strategic Objectives

	Development of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methods for academic and scholarly excellence
	Implementation of QA processes in various academic departments in the form of Self-Assessment Procedures
	Coordination of feedback assortment and other QA related data compilation for benchmarking
	Schedule Self-Assessment events for implementation of QA activities
	Monitoring the post-assessment activity and follow-ups
