Management Training Program for PAEC Officers
With the recent upsurge in the number of projects undertaken by Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC), large number of young scientists, engineers, medical doctors, administrative and accounts officers are being annually inducted. Associated with this massive influx of technically-groomed human resource is the greater need for the know-how of fundamental principles as well as modern tools and practices in the areas of Project and Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Control, Strategy, Planning and Leadership. Recognizing this need, the PAEC's top management has initiated the PAEC's Management Training Program. To address the needs of today's manager, two short courses have been designed namely:
Both of these courses are offered periodically throughout the year. The Advanced Management Course also serves to meet the SPD's eligibility requirement for promotion to SPS-XI.
