The term Fellow means those students of PIEAS who are attending programs at PIEAS sponsored by Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. In future students attending programs at PIEAS sponsored by some other Government, Semi Government or Private Organisation may be regarded as Fellows if the following rules are approved by the sponsoring Organisation. The fellows shall also be governed by the following rules in addition to the rules specified for the students of PIEAS mentioned in the appropriate documents.

Any problems in the interpretation and implementation of these rules will be referred to the committee comprising of the registrar PIEAS, Controller of Examination/Incharge Fellowships and Head of the concerned department.
